ChipEnet Ethernet IP cores are licensed under the SignOnce license
agreements from the Common License Consortium headed by Xilinx. The
web site is here. ChipEnet, Inc. is a member of the Common License
Consortium.
There are separate agreements for project and site licenses. A project
license covers usage of an IP core in one design. A site license covers
unlimited usage of an IP core at one physical facility of a company.

To license a ChipEnet Ethernet IP core, we will fill out & sign a copy of the
appropriate license, which will be emailed to you. You countersign the
agreement and send 1 copy back to us. That's all there is to it !!
